Payment Policies

At Liminal, tuition is simple and flexible: you pay by total weekly class hours. As dancers add time, automatic multi-hour discounts are added, lowering the price per hour without coupon codes or bundles. Siblings are eligible for an additional tuition discount. 

The Liminal Competition Ensemble is designed for dancers who wish to train and perform at an advanced, pre-professional level.

Competition Ensemble tuition follows the same weekly class hours tuition schedule as Dance Labs. Additional competition-related costs (entry fees, costuming, coaching, choreography, travel) will be billed through Studio-Pro as separate line items, with due dates clearly indicated. Dancers who participate in the ensemble will receive additional information about these costs during the audition process.

Ensemble dancers must remain current on tuition and fees to participate in competitions and performances.

A non-refundable registration fee supports the administrative costs of setting up and maintaining student accounts within our studio management system.

$50 per student or $80 per family (2+ students) is due at the time of registration.

If a dancer withdraws from all classes and later re-enrolls, the full registration fee will apply again upon re-registration.

A $25 fee is required for dancer evaluation to determine placement in the Ensemble. Dancers who are offered placement pay a $150 registration fee, with credit applied for the evaluation fee.

To keep payments simple and consistent, all families are required to enroll in AutoPay via credit card or ACH transfer using our secure Studio-Pro Parent Portal. AutoPay ensures tuition and fees are processed automatically, avoiding missed or late payments. 

Full tuition will be collected at the time of enrollment. Monthly payment plans are available for Dance Ensemble members. All Liminal Dance families are encouraged to contact us to discuss alternate payment arrangements if necessary.

Families may log in at any time to update their payment method or review charges.

If a card or other payment method is declined, an email notification will be sent automatically. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to update the payment method promptly to avoid a $25 late fee.

Liminal staff are available to assist with payment updates or technical issues.

Liminal Dance Labs proudly offers tuition and registration-fee assistance through our Community Access Fund, supporting equitable access to dance education.

Families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to reach out to the administrative team at transform@liminalintegrativearts.org before the tuition due date to discuss options.
